TRAINING AND PLACEMENTS

Training and placement department is the most crucial part which plays an important role in providing oppurtunitites to the students by organizing campus interviews T&P is a very critical department for an institution as it a vital link between student and prospective employers to facilitate training and placement of the students In Jyothishmathi groups, the T&P is highly supported by its teaching faculty of various departments.

The training and placement department is in constant tough with various companies for imparting industrial training and campus placement. The placement policies and other related activites are handled by T&P officer in consultation with the principal and the college management.

All the departments have nominated their placement coordinator and are involved in the all the activites of T&P process. T&P officer, placement coordinators are counselling the students on one to one basis about their career aspirations and any related queries.The placement office handles all aspects of campus placements.

T&P department conducts various lectures on career developement,personality development,resume writing,group discussions and interview techniques to make better employable.

It has been the departments endeavor to develope competent human resourses with necessary technical skills,guide them for higher and motivate them to become entrepreneur instead of job seekers . We are sure that our students bring glory to the institute by placing themselves in eminent industries and well respected companies.
